We’re diligent to make your orders go as quickly as possible. The orders are usually shipped in 24 hours. But during high traffic times it may take up to 72 hours to process your order. Your order with vape products is shipped through our trusted network to reach you quickly and safely.
When you check out, you’ll see the various available shipping options and payment options, along with estimated delivery times based on your location and the local carrier. When your order is completed, you’ll get an email containing tracking info to track the package’s journey.
Please also note that these are approximate and do not include weekends and holidays.
We also advise saving on purchasing in bulk when it is possible to save on shipping costs. With this strategy, you will be paying better value and having fewer shipping fees.

For a secure and effortless option, we partnered with PUDOpoint and can offer pickup at a local business near you!
At checkout, you can pick a PUDO location based on your ZIP code. Once we receive your package at the selected location, we will send you an email with the pickup details, the business address, the order number, and the times they are open.
The service offers you the ability to pick out your package at the time you choose without worrying if someone is going to leave it unattended at your doorstep.

We make every effort to serve all of our customers. Still, there might be times when shipping is temporarily unavailable in specific areas of the continental US based on logistical factors or limited carrier options in certain regions. Luckily, we continue to be a growing network, with over 20 of our regional carriers!
During checkout, you’ll be notified if shipping to your location isn’t available. Stay informed with our ZIP Code Checker and subscribe for email updates at the bottom. We’re always adding more destinations and don’t forget to check back later as well.

All vape orders containing e-cigarette products must include Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery to meet federal laws. To confirm age, the recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery driver.
This service will have an additional $7 charge to check out as well — you may notice this occur along with your order. We can ship your vape products to a business address even for extra convenience. Please note, however, that we can’t ship to PO Boxes.

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can see where it’s headed. At checkout, you will see shipping methods and estimated delivery times based on your location.
Estimated Vape Shipping Times:
Western US: *Typically, transit is 1-3 business days.
Eastern US: *Transit can take 6–20 business days.*
International Shipments: Exact delivery times are not estimable. Updates will be provided as the package makes its way out of our facility, then to the US international sort facility and then to your country. Please contact your local customs office if there are no updates.
Important Note: Order processing can take up to 5 business days during peak holidays or high-demand seasons. Your patience is appreciated while we continue to get your packages to you as quickly as possible.

Our team processes orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST. Please note that US shipment carriers do not work on weekends or US federal holidays.

Return to Sender Policy:
Reshipping services are offered at our discretion and are subject to the circumstances outlined below:
Undeliverable Addresses: We are not responsible for issuing a refund or refunding the cost of reshipping if a package is returned for an incorrect or incomplete address. In this case, we will repay you for the return shipping of your goods minus our original shipping cost.
Adult Signature Requirement: For returns due to the carrier not being able to obtain an adult signature or valid ID, you will owe a $14 restocking fee on your refund.
If reshipping has been approved, we will only send you a replacement order after we receive, open and process your original package. It is important to note we are not required to cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement order.
Late Shipments

We know how much it means to you to receive your order on time. If your package is delayed past the estimated delivery time, we recommend you review our Help Center for in-depth information and steps to fix the issue.
But if you’re having trouble tracking updates or any problems with late shipments, we’re here to help. We understand creating this change can be frustrating, but thank you for your patience and understanding!

Prohibited Items:
If your orders contain restricted items, those items will be removed from your order or cancelled. In some cases, the order may be cancelled and refunded in its entirety. The rest of the order items will follow the natural process.
Vape Sales Restrictions:
States: Maine, Arkansas, Oregon, and Vermont, and Utah
Cities: San Francisco, Anchorage
The Flavored E-Liquid Restrictions:
States: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York
Cities: Chicago, Washington D.C.
Note: This list is not exhaustive. In addition, limited additional restrictions may apply and or vary by location and or even location specific to product categories. Coupons may also be used with an authority-specific regulation.
California Orders
California Orders:
In partnering with California’s STAKE Act, customers placing an order in California will be contacted via an automated call to finalize order verification after 5 PM Pacific Time. Packaged as we ship to all of California orders are only to the verified billing address.
International Orders:
We do not accept payments or shipments for countries or states not shown at checkout at this point.
Currency: All items are sold at USD prices. Conversion fees are the customer’s concern.
Duties & Taxes: All applicable duties, taxes, VAT and associated charges must be paid by the customer.
Seized Packages: Our products are not liable for packages stopped by customs or packages seized by authorities.
Additional Costs: If customs reject a package, then incorrectly delivered or returned, the shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
For specific regulations to electronic cigarettes, we strongly recommend customers consult local authorities.
Lost & Undelivered Packages

- The customer is responsible for lost or undelivered packages and must work with the third-party carrier.
- If you have a claim, you must report it within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
- Packages marked ‘Delivered’ by third party carriers are not the responsibility of Smoke Roll Vape.
- For the accuracy of the address, please ensure that you remove any delays or additional costs.
Replacement Shipments
The replacements and warranty shipments are bar shipped through Standard Shipping.
