Smoke Roll Vape places high importance on customer satisfaction and strives to make shopping easy. Our return and exchange policy is made to cover a range of situations while providing a simple procedure.

If you receive a flawed vape or smoke product on arrival, you have 30 days from the date of receipt, as shown by your tracking information, to seek a refund. Before returning anything for approval, kindly get in touch with our customer support department. Upon receipt, we will inspect and test the product. If a problem is discovered, we will send you a replacement free of charge

Make sure once you unbox the product, no returns will be accepted. Moreover, if the coil of the pod is burned, we won’t accept a return.

Items damaged as a result of misuse or poor maintenance are not covered by our policy. Due to hygienic concerns and safety issues, we do not accept returns for atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquids, drip tips, batteries, wicks, wires, or other CBD products.

Customers are responsible for the expense of return shipping unless they have received the incorrect item(s) or a product is DOA. In these circumstances, we will offer a return label.

Please make sure that all returned items have all of the original components and packaging. Every return is evaluated on an individual basis

How We Handle Returns

We handle returns and exchanges on an individual basis, aiming to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. We ask for your patience and recommend fully testing the product, as we are happy to provide troubleshooting tips for fast solutions.

Standard Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items bought on our website for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items that don’t meet our return policy will be rejected and sent back to the original shipping address.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items if they’ve been opened or used:

  • E-Liquids

  • Atomizers (like RDAs and Tanks)

  • Disposable Vapes

  • Replacement Pods and Coils (if the tamper seal is broken)

  • Replacement Coils (if the tamper seal is broken)

  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)

  • Rechargeable Batteries

If a product has a special seal (like a tamper-proof sticker or a sealed bottle cap), it cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Warranty Service

All hardware devices purchased directly from our website come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty starting from the delivery date. Please note that simply contacting us does not extend the warranty period. If you’re looking for an extended warranty, you may reach out to the manufacturer directly for After-Sales Service.

Products Not Covered by the 30-Day Warranty:
  • Atomizers (including RDAs and Tanks)

  • Disposable Vapes

  • Replacement Pods

  • Replacement Coils

  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)

  • Rechargeable Batteries

  • Glass Products and Glass Accessories

To qualify for warranty service, you must contact us within 30 days of the original delivery by emailing us at [email protected]. The defective item must be returned to our facility before a refund or store credit can be issued.

What the 30-Day Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, disassembly, or modifications made by the user

  • Damage due to user error

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Please note that certain brands may require you to file warranty claims directly with them through their own after-sales service department.

Additional Information:
  • Atomizers, such as tanks, RDAs, and replacement parts (coils, pods) may not be covered by this warranty, as the original manufacturer typically does not offer coverage for these items. Visit the manufacturer’s website for further details.

  • Some manufacturers may require the warranty card included in the packaging for warranty claims, so be sure to keep the packaging contents.

Delivery Issue Policy

If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. It is your responsibility to check your order within this time frame and notify us of any problems. In some cases, you may be asked to return the incorrect items and/or complete an Affidavit Form to move forward with the process.

Important:
  • Products reported as damaged or incorrect after 48 hours from delivery will not be covered by our policy.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a photo of the item(s) along with the paper invoice.

Please Note:

Minor cosmetic issues like scratches, discoloration, and wear are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.

Compatibility Disclaimer & Return Process

We do not guarantee compatibility between products. If you’re unsure about compatibility, please do your research or reach out to us with any questions before placing your order. We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

To Request a Refund, Replacement, or Exchange:

You may be asked to provide photos or videos to help us assess the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Important Return Guidelines:
  • Packaging: Please do not send returns in regular envelopes or paper packaging, as they are insufficient and could lead to lost or damaged items during transit. Use padded envelopes or boxes for proper protection. Poor packaging may result in the refusal of your return.

  • Return Address: Do not send returns to the address on the parcel, as it may be a carrier’s transit warehouse, not our return facility. Follow the instructions we provide for the correct return address.

Important Note on Product Use:

Atomizers (such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, pod systems, and starter kits) sold on our website are designed exclusively for use with e-liquids and nicotine salts. Using these products with cannabis oil, CBD oil, or any similar substances will void the warranty and we will not accept returns on such items.

This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state of residence.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (e.g., wrong item ordered, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not offer replacements for defective items; instead, we will issue store credit or a refund to your account. Please note that fees for Adult Signature Service, Route insurance, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) or as store credit. Please note that Smoke Roll Vape is not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards or canceled credit cards if the cardholder no longer has possession of the card.
